Field Support Representative

We’re seeking a solutions-oriented Customer Care Team Member to join our call center team at the Rug Doctor by BISSELL corporate office. In this role, you'll support customers, retail partners, and internal teams through phone, email, and chat interactions—making a real difference every day.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Working in an office located in Plano, TX (NOT a remote opportunity)

Job Description:
As a Customer Care Representative, in a call center environment at the corporate office, you will work to support Rug Doctor consumers, stores and associates applicable to Rug Doctor requests and needs.

Your Responsibilities (not all inclusive):

• Answer inbound phone calls from consumers, store personnel, and fellow employees to resolve inquiries on renting machines, products, etc
• Maintain a high level of world class customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers
• Computer knowledge in order to navigate computer applications with speed and accuracy
• Assist field and corporate office team members as needed
• Ability to adapt to change in order to achieve individual/team performance goals
• Contact stores, prior renters and coordinate return of lost/unreturned machines, as requested

Requirements:

• Effective phone and email communication skills
• Effective computer skills to type and navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
• Have a High School Diploma, a plus
